I don't know what ya brehs are talking about, never personally felt any racism in Minneapolis.
White folks generally just keep to themselves, plus you can get any job you want in this state from Mayor to CEO of any of these fortune 500 companies like 3M and Target.

Michigan native and I would say so. But, in Michigan - we can ignore eachother. I know when I go home and have to go to the grocery store - they think they can walk in the middle of the aisle and think I'm going to move. Naw. I also make them say excuse me. I do it politely - but I will let them know it needs to be said.

Also, the white people in Michigan tend to be white trash to me - so I take it as jealously.

Racism is worse in the Midwest cause in many of those states there are next to no black people there and just oversaturated with white people who've never seen non-whites before or see them rarely. Like in many midwestern states you can drive for hours and not see a non-white face. Therefore their racism goes largely unchecked.

Yeah cosign. Most of the Midwest is racist as fukk. But Iowa to me, whether it was Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, or Des Moines, wasn't really racist when I was there

This country was built off the backs of Blacks, Native Americans, and immigrants. While Europeans did create SOME inventions the backbone of this country has always been us Blacks and others.
