you don’t have to get dressed up, casual attire being perfectly fine.

the atmosphere is more conversational, conducive to striking a chord with someone you sense a vibe from.

and, the women at bars are usually of a higher grade than those at clubs - more professional, more educated, more intelligent.

For most people, there are so many better places to meet women (e.g., a bar, lounge, house party, proper social club).

Don't go to a nightclub if your only agenda is to get laid, especially if there's nothing remarkable about you.

From the perspective of someone who doesn't drink, and sits at a vip table every time, with all the ballers, it's mostly for validation for men and women. Strangers who go home with each other is rare, people who go to after parties and maybe 'hook up', is more common, but they/we usually all know each other anyway. The club just provides the alcohol and context to get to the point where people can feel uninhibited enough.

What most people realistically do is exchange social media and numbers of people they will never see again. or see at the club the next week and do the same thing.

if you were to examine all their phones, you would see contact after contact like, with the name and the venue to help ID them

You should be going to the club for one of the following reasons:

1. Kick it with the homies, with zero expectations of anything else
2. Taking someone you already smashing. Paradoxically this makes you more attractive to ladies in the club
3. If you're working there

Otherwise, a waste of time and money. Especially if you going with the purpose of trying to bag.
