I think the solution to black issues is simply controlling/owning production.
Production of the things that we need to survive (education, agriculture, raw materials for construction ect.)
We also need to control means of production to all ancillary resources (
@bdizzle said that there is a material mined in Africa that is used to make all smart phones.) There is no reason why these materials all come from Africa and African's don't own/control means of producing those materials.
I think that one change (albeit, major change) will completely turn things.
To begin to implement that change we need to start with controlling our education. Educate young Africans (continental Africans and Africans across the diaspora) about how to produce materials and how to make turn that into a business and tings will progress from there.
