If you really care about eras and all that shyt, if it's MY era, and another man wins the same amount of titles I did, with three of his four coming against MY team, that's an actual indictment on me. Given how titles seem to be the main thing people hold against LeBron when comparing him to Jordan... well 
Also, the one "greatest ever" conversation Curry is consistently invovled in is shooter, and no one with common sense puts anybody ahead of him in the ranks. LeBron can't say that.

let's be real....if Curry wins his 4th...Lebron will look funny in the light...while curry isn't seen as one of the best all around players of all time...he is seen as the greatest shooter of all time. And make no mistake--Curry has time on his side with enough yers ahead of him to win another chip and make it a 5th.
I think all the discussions about LBJ being top 3 are starting to fall off anyway...for a while sports commentators kept force feeding the MJ/LBJ comparisons, but the way things have been looking, those comparisons have stopped. The only milestone that's keeping him alive is the all time scoring record...but his future and playoffs runs are running dry and damaging his legacy

Kd would still be finals mvp on this team most likely and he has been better than steph since being on the team and leaving and it's not up for debate. I mean technically if you are going to go there. There wasn't really a reason to throw the series cause of that. I mean 29 of the 30 owners were openly rooting against them to lose and even sharing game film with each other. We also know that most of the same owners who patted lebron on the back for going back to cleveland and who patted him on the back again for leaving cleveland and then going to the historic team called the lakers. Were the same ones who were mad Lebron left cleveland for Miami.
Which we all know they were not mad about him leaving but were mad that he spurned the Cavs for another small market team (miami is not a top 10 market) and not a historic team or a large market such as the Lakers or Celtics or Philly or Chicago and etc. Add to the history of league owners bytching before about Pat Riley and the Heat snatching young stars with potential and all stars (never forget the league nixed free agent signing of Juwan Howard when they signed Mourning at the same time). You had a powder keg of the owners being hot at Riley, Lebron, Wade, Bosh and even Mickey.
That doesn't even go into the questionable officiating in games 3 and 4 of that finals (even the media called out some of the calls for Dallas), or questionable coaching by Spo who purposely not having Lebron or Bosh guard Dirk, Not going small and Spo constantly leaving Joel Anthony out on the court so Dirk can hide on defense and not playing Chalmers consistently in the finals who was much better than 400 year old Bibby. Or how about how the owners openly hated Mark Cuban after how he acted during the finals in 2006. You know pointing at Stern and saying fukk your league its rigged. But suddenly when the Mavs faced the heat in the finals in 2011 all the owners were the bestest friends wit Cuban and were rooting for him to win even giving his team intel. Cuban went from league pariah to hero over night in the other 28 owners eyes.
In the end there are tea leaves for your conspiracy. I mean lets be honest the NBA is easy to pick the finals winners once the playoffs brackets are selected because they usually follow a narrative (I mean I have even made money picking the last 3 champions once the regular season ended). Even the hanky panky that always goes on from extending series or how the league leans in on the Lakers or Celtics when times are hard or when stars that are carrying the league retire or no longer can carry the league.
But in saying all of that there is really no need for Lebron to throw the games due to wade. A much better conspiracy case is right there for everyone to see (Lebron's poor play, Spo questionable calling that everyone who was a heat fan could see) that would be the other 29 owners who were hot as fish grease Lebron went to Miami.
Never forget in sports its not individual teams fighting against each other. Its the teams (30 in the nba) working together for what is best for the league. Remember Bread and Circus that is all this stuff is.
I know it's a reach with that conspiracy, but if they won and Wade got MVP, that would have massively damaged his brand. Don't put shyt past anyone. The fact it made zero sense how he played is still confusing to me.
I hear you but I am saying if there is a conspiracy. The most obvious one is them 29 Owners made the call to Lebron, Riley and Spo. As I said the other 29 owners already had a history of checking Riley for snatching young stars. They also are the ones who threw roses for Lebron to go back to clevelend and then threw roses for him for leaving cleveland for the Lakers (all the while his cleveland owner who hated large market teams helped the lakers open cap space to sign lebron). But were the same owners working openly together to help prevent the Heat from winning a championship in 2011.
Now ask yourself this when have owners ever openly done any of this? That ain't even getting into the Cuban owners beef that became bygones be bygones once it came to playing the heat in the finals. Even Cuban said hey I won't complain about any calls this 2011 playoffs (that was the first time ever). Only to go against his word the next year and openly complain about calls...in the 2012 playoffs

I mean this the same league and owners who gave you basketball reasons with the entire Chris Paul situation.
