I'm from Louisiana and I think it's mid. I would say the selling point is the sauce, which I think is aight. Also everything should be fresh and hot when you order. So you don't have the same issues with cold/badly prepared meals as you do at other fast food joints. IMO they the In-N-Out of Chicken tenders lol.
