You're proud of a country whose intelligence community allowed right wing cartels and guerrilla groups in South America to not only commit atrocities on their own people, but import massive amounts of Cocaine into your mothers community almost totally unimpeded?
A country that kidnapped your father and tested venereal diseases on him?
A country that is selling prisons to corporations to create profitability in the mass imprisonment of your brothers(and now your SISTERS) for crimes that other races commit at similar,sometimes higher rates?

That Afrocentric thread in HL had some really disgusting comments (from another Rwandan/African poster Clean Cut no less), honest to God. I never thought I'd see them comments coming from our own people. Then again I am African and Black American so I don't understand the thinking behind being black and being proud of this country and trying to distance yourself from your African heritage.

Breh I had thewhen I was reading this thread. Seeing as I have lived in Africa, have African friends, and have dated African women, I could never say anything overly negative about my African brothas and sistas. Not to mention, I'll be visiting my homie's home country Uganda this summer and he has graciously opened up his home to me so I wouldn't have to be paying for a hotel. So this whole Diaspora vs. African thing is utterly ridiculous to me and I don't take it seriously at all. We should be building together not trying to divide ourselves. But the brother clean Cut was saying some foul shyt though.

If you guys are going at him for dumping on Africans, you should take issue with whomever was doing the same to African Americans, if that was the case.
