This is one of those things that's always existed in the black community but never really openly discussed. Not even cause of the perception that black peoppe dont do it...but moreso because in those cases its not random adults molesting children it usually occurs in family circles. So ofcourse because of that the discussion becomes a bit disconcerting.

This is what I've heard. I know a couple of girls that were molested by "that one uncle" or a step dad or something. The most precaution I've heard of is them not letting that nikka around the victim anymore.

We have laws that dictate that having sex with underage people is illegal. I'm in favor of most of those laws (exception being those states where an 18 year old can't be with a 17 year old)

However, I don't feel much "pain" for a girl that passes up boys her age to chase a grown man, but then wants to say she was a victim by that same grown man. The ones I know personally haven't vocalized any regrets about it, but in the media and internet you do hear these women saying later on that it was disgusting. Well, it was their decision. I don't consider them a "victim". However, if they want to prosecute the adult that slept with them, I have no problem with that either.
