Is New York the best city in the United States?

more nyc dikk riders hating even though theyd love to live here.

only LA and NYC can be considered true, global, world class cities, in the US. Paris, London, Berlin, Hong Kong etc amongst others.

Im sure Springfield Illinois or Memphis Tennesee are lovely but theyre NOT NYC.

Grew up in Jersey, spent at least 10 summers with my aunt and uncle in Queens....NY was great back then....now it's a hipster rest Haven.

Or maybe pattin' themselves on the back because they can afford it.

shyt cost money. Culture, convenience, opportunity... you get what you pay for. And nowhere do you get more. If money is tight and/or you don't know how to work the system, it can be overwhelmin'.

NYC has always been THE Hipster Haven. It's where many of the trends are created. Some hipsters have just become less aware, not realizin' they're hipsters. I laugh at folks who are at the forefront of trends, pointin' & laughin' at other hipsters.

Chicago>>>>>New York. Cheaper, cleaner, less crowded with all the big city amenities and entertainment.

Colder, more snow, and the scale of big city amenities is much smaller. And it's cheaper because the money is not flowin' like it is in NYC.
