Hollt has become the measuring stick for "if a WRs numbers aren't better than his how can they get in" - but Mike already crushed his TD total and is on track to exceed his yardage with less catches.
Having a great year at 30 with Baker throwing him the ball is the kind of production that starts to push his case towards too strong to deny territory.

How's it useless? I think he will likely get in, but he's had ONE All-Pro season. He's never been one of the three best at his position.

I'm not even saying he won't make it, but it's more of consistency than greatness. The HOF should be for all time greats.

The players peak is very key at no point in his career was he ever top 3 WR much less top 5 in the league

He's an excellent WR and shows up every season. However, when has he been unquestionably a top five WR?
He's been more consistent than other WR's, but that doesn't make you a HOF player.

Evans is averaging 15.4 yards per catch for his career which is elite.
Then there’s who is throwing the ball to him. **** played with great quarterback play for the bulk of his career.
Evans has over 1,000 yards this year with 5 games left playing with Baker Mayfield.
