People calling for Del Rio's head are being very unreasonable.

He just guided the Raiders to a 12-4 season (their best record since 2000) and their first playoff birth since 2002. He may not be Bill Belichick, but he's gotten results.

The last thing the Raiders need is to get back into their cycle of firing coaches every two years and enduring a string of 4-12 and 3-13 seasons. They need some stability.
It’s kinda like jack is a good hype man. The raiders won a lot of close games we got a few breaks. But do u really see jack as a super bowl head coach. It’s not even Jack as the head coach but if u know jack he
Puts his ego over winning and that’s what can not happen. He let a personal issue with musgrave cost us on the offensiven end. No way you fire musgrave and keep norton but jack is smart. One he’s not going to hire good coaches that could challenge him for his job. Two he needs a scape goat so he figures he keeps norton around so he has another person to fire to place the blame on and keep the heat off his ass. No way we shouldn’t have hired wade Phillips to run this defense.

The East Bay
Uh, ain't that still the bay area or am I missing something?

:50wtf:

It's 33 miles south of the coliseum, so its further from the fires, but I'm not sure how much different the air quality will be.

I was looking at the weather on my phone earlier, and while the Peninsula was sunny, this is what our conditions were.

Never seen that before.
