If del rio is fired and we get the right coaches I wouldn't be surprised if we become real super bowl contenders. I think the team has enough talent on both sides. It's all preparation and coaching at this point.

Kinda agree. I feel stability is one of the biggest issues with this team. I would not get rid of Del Rio just yet. I'd give him all of this year and next.

I was disappointed we got rid of Tony Saprano tbh. He's the one that really put the team back on track

See this is our fukking problem, we got coaches and staff that want the RAIDERS, to be these other teams. I'm tired of us getting other teams left overs.
