This Team is in complete Tank mode. Some of the plays Gruden was calling got me believing he Tanking. No other way to put it. He doesn't want to win with these players. Raiders are a fukkin Mess All Around.. Season is over!!!! Colts,49ers & The Cardinals are the only wins we can get for the rest of the season.

The giants were never the best team and had issues but still won the super bowl. The couple pieces away personally was what I felt was needed to at least make it to the 2nd round of the playoffs without being the wild card
Giants also had a hall of fame QB. Carr is terrible. Having a great QB makes up for a lot.

Damn, remember when all but a fraction of Raiders fans would always talk about how Norton’s Defense was trash during and after he coached the D to the #1 team in the NFL in turnovers, and helped them secure a playoff spot during that 2016 campaign...

4 different OC’s
3 different DC’s + PaGano who was hired to undermind Norton, or at the very least had him looking over his shoulder.
All this shyt has occurred in the last 7 years! Mark Davis is finger fukking the fan base because he’s a glorified psoriasis face fakkit, who kept stirring a pot that shouldn’t have been stirred. I can’t understand why some can’t see the shyt.
The moment he hired Reggie and had him fire Hue for what’s amounts to nothing, was the beginning of what the shyt has become today.
He’s basically pulled the strings quietly so he doesn’t have to pay any future draft picks under Reggies regime, which he undermines at every turn. Reggie fire Hue if you want this job, Reggie find me players that you can lowball after their contracts up, so I don’t have to pay a premium on their performance if they become standouts, because I need to pay for a lot of this Vegas stadium. Reggie I don’t like your coaches because internet fans don’t like your coaches, so replace them even after a successful season.
He’s the guy making it a shyt show, while his “employees “ catch all the bullets, which would be fine, except he was a 60 year old man with zero credentials and credibility, who inherited a team he never took a business interest in his entire life.
My rant is over, I respect the players past & present but fukk this team and fukk that guy.
Oakland and tenured Raiders fans deserve better than that entitled pricks vision, because his lack of interest from the beginning is why this team stay losing.
