I only been to a couple of places in America and Maryland was one of em. Dunno about the best state but I will say they got the best damn crib I ever eaten. Worth a visit on the strength of the shellfish

The best part of Baltimore is that one street with all the strip clubs, and magazine and liquor stores. Only bad thing about it is so many homeless people, who arent shy asking for money
