why do people say these things about rg3 but not russell wilson

Exactly. He wasn't around to even see Moon and Doug Williams play. Someone was in his ear growing up.i appreciated reading the RGIII quotes that mastermind and valet posted
honestly, being a bay area native, i favor luck over rgIII... has nothing to do with race. but after this whole fiasco, RGIII's quotes and perspective on his role to the community... i'm rooting for him to succeed and prove all the naysayers wrong.
between rgIII and luck, we have our manning and brady potential replacements for our viewing pleasures
The darker you are, the more you're expected to follow all the stereotypes.
Russell is light skinned, and apparently light skinned brothers get more freedom there.
Thank you, based colonialism.
Still boggles the mind how this is still a problem in 2012 (about to be 2013 if the world don't end today ).
YOU SPEAK THE TRUTH BROTHER!!
I'll admit i'm a BLACK A$$ dude....dark as fukk...
but for some reason it's like mofos (black and white) get disappoined or let down when i go "out the box" and do something NON-STEROTYPICAL
i'm dating this bi-racial chick from cali and she was up thier in the mall with me yesterday asking me my opinion on the christmas gift she was getting her brother..it was a nice casual button up striped shirt.
as for me ...this byatch wants to get me some "JORDANS" and some loud ass orange colored POLO shirt....
i was heated.....i told her "i don't wear that shyt!!!"
besides i'm too old for that crap....
It even happens on my job....i had purchased this clean ass Volvo c-70 just something to work...and my white coworker made the joke..."you've been hanging around us too much..i guess you think you an old white lady now"....
yet they don't say no shyt like that to the LIGHTSKINNED-ED (joke) engineer when he is sitting at his desk listening to soft rock and shyt i.e (hall and oates, ccr, kenny loggins)
WHY IS THIER SUCH A BURDEN ON MY DOUBLE BLACK A$$?!?!?
reminds me of the time i visited an ex girlfriend and as im sitting in my whip..her cute adorable little sister comes up to the car and asks me
"So where your GUN at???"
WE HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER PEOPLE

I wish this was just a dark-skinned problem. I'm light-skinned and I get the same shyt. @ the stereotypes.
Like dude said, it stems from colonialism, and it's not just in America. When I had my 5 year old cousin visit from Guyana several years ago and she gravitated toward my sister the whole time, then said she liked my sister because she was "fair-skinned" I saw the mental poison.
You gotta admit that light-skinned dudes don't catch the same amount of flack that dark-skinned dudes do though. I'm light-skinned and biracial (black and Indian) and I'm fully well aware that I won't get stereotyped, labeled, feared, and generally outcasted to the same degree dark-skinned dudes though. A dude who looks like Russell Wilson will generally have an easier time in terms of how he's perceived and treated in society than a dude who looks like RG3.

they believe thier is NOTHING WRONG WITH SUCH BUFFOONERY...
