He was great during his Colt years, but those were trash teams. Faulk made three all-pro teams in Indy.
His Y/A as a rusher with the Colts in five years were: 4.1, 3.7, 3.0, 4.0, 4.1. Jumped to 5.5, 5.4 and 5.3 in his first three years with St. Louis (his three First Team All-Pro years).

He was really good with Indy but he really got unlocked with the Rams and that loaded offense. And I say that knowing he had over 2,200 yards from scrimmage his last year with Indy when Peyton got there. He's the best pass catching back to play, imo.

I’ve seen Earl Campbell truck through more guys than Henry on a single run for 15 yards.
Earl Campbell is high disrespected on all time lists

For sure, I am not denying that he became a super sayin in St. Louis, I’m just saying he was elite in Indy for a bad team.

I'd say there are two key differences. One is Henry isn't doing anything we haven't seen others do. Throughout league history there has always been a RB or sometimes two...shyt sometimes 3 doing he's doing or close to it. He stands out because people don't run the ball the like that anymore. Also, he struggled out the gate. He was trending towards bust status until he had that break out game on Thursday night a couple years ago. Mahommes came out the gate doing different shyt. I think he's still gotta do it over time to be called GOAT but these are two totally different convos.

I dont know what this magic cocktail people are drinking that has yall thinking Mahomes is doing something never before seen, though. The only thing I'll give you is he came out the gate on fire in a way Henry didn't...

They both are performing at All-Time, HOF levels currently, though...

Also completely disagree Henry was looking like a bust. We weren't utilizing Henry correctly until late in Year 2/early Year 3. When he played you saw the potential, and after focusing him as the centerpiece of the offense midway thru Y3, he's been on fire. He was never trending to bust status, just underutilized by the previous regime...

Damn my guy, good to see you back!

Of course not. But he's amazing and the best RB currently on a roster now, by far IMO. He gets better as the season progresses too, which is crazy. By playoff time he's gonna be even more unstoppable. Titans made the right move to beef up their offense but it prob isn't enough to stop KC right?

Nahhhhhh I wouldnt say all that.

Hes been the best Back in the league going on 2 years now. Dalvin and CMC are more versatile but Henry is delivering all of this impact just by running the ball. Not pass catching or none of that. Tanny out here looking like a top 10 QB off of Derricks back. And they dont play in a scrub division either. Honestly, I think the Titans are going back to the AFC title game.

What exactly is "all of this impact"?

Last season stats:

Henry had 1,540 yards and 16 TDs rushing.... 200 yards receiving with 2 TDs

CMC had 1,400 yards rushing and 15 TDs (on less carries)... but receiving he had 1,000 yards and 4 TDs on 100+ catches

Versatility is part of a running back's job, you can't just ignore that.

Anyway, long story short, Priest Holmes has had multiple seasons better than Derrick Henry's best season... so no, he's not even in the top 5 RBs I've seen

Barry but I was a kid so take it for what you want. I’ve never seen anyone on the football field be able to react to any situation thrown at him. Only other players that remind me of that is Jordan and Gretzky.

LT was my favorite as a teen. But pre baldie Peterson is the best after Barry to me

Breh the titans were 2-4 and quiet as kept were about to blow up that team to rebuild post Mariota. DH got hot and literally carried them boys to a AFC title game (as a wild card! Against NE and BAL!) and got Tanny paid. MEANWHILE, The panthers were dogshyt for all of Mccaferys numbers.
