I'm tired of arguing with idiots. Keep continuing to fall down that standard of life index while Atlanta rises. Yall been finished and just living out your twilight years.

San Francisco has 8 fortune 500 companies in a 7x7 square mile radius, and 31 others within a 20 minute drive
the state of georgia as a whole has 15.

San Francisco girls are the ugliest and gnarliest shyts around. I really hope you don't think the women look better there? You don't think we have hills? Scenery? The South is a pretty scenic as place.
The "scenery" in downtown Atlanta is about as basic as you can get...

but but but

Did you not see where I said San Francisco is a place for Rich White Trustfunds? Of course it has a a "higher quality of life" but not much culture and character. It's also pretty fukking stagnate which is why it fail down 5 spots from the year prior and Atlanta is steadily rising.

So SF's quality of life is greater AND it's falling at the same time?

Notice the negative 5 arrow while Atlanta has improved on this index for the past few years. The South is underdeveloped, while San Fran is as developed as it can be. San Fran is stagnate and Atlanta will surpass it in no less than 10 years.

Entire westcoast is expensive, example the new develop area where I stay

300k-600k

asking price, if you a first home buyer it gets a lil better

apartments 1 bedroom in my area 725 utilities included, thats at one of places i wanted to goto 1nce i saw the size of it, thought fukk it i could come out cheaper just getting a house and sign up for homeshield fukk a maintanace man.

The south is way cheaper. But I rather deal with west coast/pacific nw weather vs the emotional weather in the south, 1 tornado was enough for me

I'm sorry but there is no comparing SF to ATL. ATL might have rich old history, but SF is the most progressive liberal and open minded city in America. It's an artists haven, with fantastic scenery. The vibe of the people, weather, scenery, mentality, culture is well worth the price. ATL I found a lot of segregation, but in SF, the weirder you look the more popular you are. It's crazy how open minded those people were.

:dead: @ CDC, might as well have mentioned how its delta's biggest airport hub
:dead: at how this thread turned into ATL vs San Fran

At this point in my life i'd prob live in atl over san fran for the better nightlife and the chicks
San fran may have higher rated restaurants but that southern cooking in atl is too :ohlawd:
I guess san fran would be appealing if you're involved with technology, need good public transportation, and like being on the water.

had no idea a good apt in san diego was around 1200. :leon:
I'm paying way more out here in dc :sadbron:

That's not open-minded it called hobo-chic, trust fund, neo-liberal yuppies living on daddies money in a playground for rich people. It's what NYC is turning into and the reason I left. Ironically, there are tons of San Fran kids moving to NYC and I don't think that it's a coincidence. San Fran hasn't produced anything of artistic significance in ages. Like I said, San Fran is in it's twilight years and will continue to stagnate as there isn't much more growth for that city, while the South, specifically Atlanta, has tons of growth to do, especially once the region turns Blue.

lmao this is what you've been saying in this thread
atlanta is better than san francisco
BUT
san francisco has a higher quality of life
AND
atlanta needs 10 years to catch up to san francisco's level

do you see how idiotic everything you've said in here is? #centerfordiseasecontrol

but yea SF is 100% developed and nothing will improve ever again. there are over 40 construction developments underway but uoenoit

The fact that it's still growing and the fact that SF is already grown, should tell you something. I don't know what the future holds but I'm talking about right now.

And I'm not goin to speak on SF art, I'll just let you look that up yourself.

btw. trust fund, neo-liberals yuppies are open minded, yes. so are the other folks living in the city. The point is, they are open minded. I dont know what your beef is with trust fund kids and yuppies and hipsters but I dont have one.

And yet, it has fallen down the list of great cities for the past few years...

Rich technocratic fantasies proposed by San Fran billionaires doesn't mean it will happen. Tons of industry is moving to Atlanta just because it's significantly cheaper. It's already set in motion. Keep living out that twilight.

They are parasites. Read up on the New York gentrification thread if you need to be clued in on how these maggots destroy art, history, working classes, etc
