probbaly tied up in political donations and payoffs ...projects? when have they ever said they existed for the purpose of "projects" ?

im no great fan of BLM but just seems the only poeple that are making any of thise an issue are those who dont like dont want and dont think a BLM movement is neccessary and those that say its a threat to peoples ( ie white peoples ) well being.

bruh all you offered so far about the "questions" is a chick funded by a org that funds a party that really coddles and gets in bed with bigots and sepratist militia a$$holes and has always attacked anything black .....

and a dude that really is noone and is saying shyt to get views for his channel.....

come up with someone who doesnt have a vested intrests in pushing RW canards and strawmen .....

That's why they call their company black lives matter. You arent going to question the slogan just like you're not going to question the organization naming themselves after the slogan and what they're about and what they're doing with the money they are asking from people. Plain psychology 101. Make people feel uncomfortable questioning something out of fear of being orchestrated or being seen as racist. fukk black lives matter as a slogan and as an organization. They tainted that statement so I will not be saying "black lives matter". Those thieves and operatives gotta go.

LGBTQ+ founders saw an opportunity in leeching off of the killings of heterosexual Black people, and in particularly Black men. That was the modus operandi.

"Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, Inc."

"By combating and countering acts of violence, creating space for Black imagination and innovation, and centering Black joy, we are winning immediate improvements in our lives."

"We are working for a world where Black lives are no longer systematically targeted for demise."
https://blacklivesmatter.com/about/

“We appreciate your support of the movement and our ongoing fight to end state-sanctioned violence, liberate Black people, and end white supremacy forever.”

"ActBlue Charities is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed under the law."

Shyt appears to have gone nowhere :unimpressed:

The system already responded with the whole “stop Asian violence” redirection.

It's going to get really interesting once right wing media get's hold of this. If they are competent I can see them spinning this into a narrative that says BLM caused much the unrest and riots only to take the money raised to buy lavish homes far away from the inner cities they destroyed. It's not like they care at all but they can use this as political red meat.

It's also sinister in the timing of this. Congress is supposed to vote on HR40 later this month which I think they could possibly use this story against it's passage even with the bill's current inadequate state.

Well it's up to us to spin it back with the right arguments. And the civil unrest from 2020 historically is justified considering that it's about injustices going back since the Black Codes, Convict leasing etc.

Jamaal Bowman and Francesca Fiorentini speak on the 3rd Reconstruction and possibly payments to the Black community (ADOS/FBA). Jamaal explains how the government invested 190 billion in white community after WWII, receiving 98% of the funds, while Black people were left out of this. Now it's time from the Black community (ADOS/FBA) the justice claim (reparations), with interest.

Exclusive: Lee Atwater’s Infamous 1981 Interview on the Southern Strategy

“You start out in 1954 by saying, “N-word, n-word, n-word.” By 1968 you can’t say “n-word”—that hurts you, backfires. So you say stuff like, uh, forced busing, states’ rights, and all that stuff, and you’re getting so abstract. Now, you’re talking about cutting taxes, and all these things you’re talking about are totally economic things and a byproduct of them is, blacks get hurt worse than whites.… “We want to cut this,” is much more abstract than even the busing thing, uh, and a hell of a lot more abstract than “N-word, n-word.”
Exclusive: Lee Atwater’s Infamous 1981 Interview on the Southern Strategy

"Lesbian mothers helped create a foundation of single parent families which challenged the gendered stereotypes of motherhood and fatherhood. They helped single mothers liberate themselves from the constrictions of the traditional nuclear family with its built-in heteronormativity. […] In Separate Roads to Feminism: Black, Chicana and White Feminist Movements in America’s Second Wave, Benita Roth explains how the history of racism in the U.S. played an important part in creating this divide. Instead of arguing about a woman’s right NOT to bear a child, these minority women focused on how to combine motherhood with feminism and equality. They wanted to change the assumption that single motherhood was a pathology and/or a punishment. Single mothers of all ethnicities could relate to this conversation. […]."
(Elizabeth Ryan, "Transforming Motherhood: Single Parents' Liberation,Transforming Motherhood: Single Parents' Liberation In The 1970s, (2015). Wayne State University Dissertations.1409).

"America’s so-called “war on drugs” began as little more than a ploy to enable Richard Nixon to go after his political enemies, one of the disgraced President’s former policy gurus admitted in an interview which has surfaced for the first time.

John Ehrlichman, who had advised Nixon on domestic policy, told the journalist Dan Baum that the drugs war was an excuse to target “the anti-war left and black people”, Mr Baum writes, in a new report advocating drug legalisation for Harper’s Magazine.

“The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the anti-war left and black people,” Mr Ehrlichman said in the 1994 interview.
How Richard Nixon used US ‘war on drugs’ to target ‘anti-war left and blacks’

“October 14, 1982, President Ronald Reagan declared a “war on drugs,” doubling-down on an initiative that was started by Richard Nixon.”

Power is about domination. And power only respects power. Power doesn't respect weakness.
