yeah it's definitely a certain type of person that writes those type of articles..and then its on NPR too

@bolded the killer part is most of the time they're not talking about institutional racism/systemic oppression (economic/incarceration rates/legislation...etc)...it's either individual instances of racism (wake-up call) or when interracial dating...which I don't have a problem with if that's what you want to do..but is that the top problem of our community?

So when I go to the mall, I'm not researching advertising posters. The point of an advertisement is to get interested in the product and convert that interest to a purchase. Having some random angry-looking black guy on a poster with the word Predator on it is just bad advertising. Marketing department are supposed to understand the demographic they are targeting and who it may reach to. That was just a bad advertisement. If that shoe had been a brand new product, it would have been as bad as the H&M advert.
