Athletes who only workout because their paid to do so...

that don't even make sense... the reason they get paid is because the put in many many years of working out without getting paid before that.

I'm not talking about teenagers i'm talking about guys in their 20's & 30's.

With the exception of the NBA & MLB teens that go straight from high school.to the league.

Your physique is a natural extension of yourself. It is an instant indicator that you take care of yourself. That, coupled with a fresh cut/shape up and some nice gear that fits you properly let's girls know a lot about you off rip. It goes a long way. I can't imagine being flabby and naive to the little hidden benefits of taking care of your body.

Just now realizing this after living in a deluded fantasy world. Now I have like a year or two worth of work to do. shyt is frustrating but have to take it one day at a time.

Another thing I've noticed when I go to restaurants is that when I order water as my drink everyone looks at me like I just said I fondle babies or something. And the person taking the order be like "you sure?! "

LOL. Breh i did this at Denny's once with breakfast. Got the fit slam (egg whites with spinach and guacamole and a side of fruit) then she asked what would i like for a drink and i said water and she looked at me like

Mind u my kids and wife were getting pancakes and juices with coffee and hot cocoa. I also do this when i go to fast food. Ill get a turkey burger with lettuce wrap, fries (for my kids) then they say the drink and i say water. They ask are u sure? u can get a fountain drink with your meal. Gotta tell them i dont drink sugar syrup in a cup

reminds me of a story that my homegirl told me sometime back ..a dude she was dating/seeing at the time noticed that she had made a comment on something i posted on my FB..not bad or suspicious...my FB profile pic at the time was one of my gym pics lookin swole as shyt.... i guess that intimidated him cuz dude got in his feelings and asked her who i was..she told him..and then had the nerve to tell her not to talk to me anymore and unfriend me ..she told him to with that bullshyt and that i was her friend..needless to say that relationship didnt last....the behavior of a beta male is hilarious at times

This is why I pay no attention to dudes who say, "a great body doesn't matter."

Yeah, this is why I watched relatives and friends around me who were ripped up pull with ease my whole life.
