Man honestly I think a lot has to do with our conditioning we're so used to eating on time, at a certain time, preparing our own meals, making sure too stay properly hydrated throughout the day, etc where as most people skip all.kind.of meals, eat chips and.drink soda for breakfast, consumer large caloric quantities of fast food etc...Another thing I've noticed when I go to restaurants is that when I order water as my drink everyone looks at me like I just said I fondle babies or something. And the person taking the order be like "you sure?! "
Essentially the consumption of food and water are just seen as fuel to keep our bodies replenished, whereas others see it as a significant outing or activity...
