I don't think any of us can call it on who's to blame for the current state of anybody's personal life and the cumulative outcomes of all of their personal relationships.
What I mean is when you speak to anyone "in shape", well paid $, etc. etc. you can't assume or take any of their expressed outward emotions at face value.
Even if they are not complaining or speaking about their relationships at the moment, it doesn't mean that they don't have problems or gripes with the opposite sex (this may also apply if they have no problems meeting people and sustaining "meaningful relationships").
We all have problems that we choose to express or keep within...
