Irv's a cornball (although he did make a couple dope beats back in the day) and Joe always came off like a snake to me. fukk both of them.

As far as Hov goes, he got ethered on record by both Esco and his own wife. She straight emasculated that fool with that Lemonade shyt. Plus Nas definitely fukked Beyonce back in the day, pretty clear from the You Owe Me video.

IMMIGRANT TETHERS
The difference between Nas, Fat Joe and Irv is that Nas does not need Jayz to make money. Nas has very intelligent friends and business partners of his own. Nas has his own management company, Emagen Entertainment Group, Nas has his own media company, MassAppeal that he produces content for Netflix, TNT & PBS. Nas has plenty of status in the industry and makes millions doing what he loves without d*ck riding anyone else in order to do so. Nas is about loyalty over money and that's why Nas & his team is tight and very rich.

wtf @that Khaled caption

Irv I can understand....him and jay go way back. Nas never knew Irv like that. Fat Joe though?:comeon::childplease: this dude is/was a bonafied jayz hater/nas stan but has been salty as fuk because Nas/Jay squashed their beef while he was still hating on Jay. See, nas never hated Jay like Fat Joe did so it was easy for him (nas) to squash but he (fat joe) caught feelings because he was a nas stan, so he took it hard that they made up and now he's riding jay and even 50cent on suspect shyt:childplease:
HIs son is named after Nas I'm pretty sure...

Somebody said it a few days ago

Money > loyalty

If nas had jay status in the industry right now him n irv wouldn't b saying shyt.

Moral of the story is get ya bag right so ya enemies can turn to diccriders n talk about how they regret not diccriding sooner.
Nah listen to the podcast with Irv he basically snaked his man. He was calling himself out. He had a relationship with Jay. Irv has produced for Jay since the 90's. He tried to side with who was winning thinking he could eat of that war.

Sucker shyt. That's what this exactly is.

Irv Gotti produced "Supa Ugly"? Never knew that. The beat is from Dr. Dre's "Bad Intentions" though.

Yes it is. Here’s how it went

Jay was depressed when he heard Ether. Irv was saying that everywhere they went for days out in public nikkas was passing by in cars yelling “fukk JAY-Z!” At him.

So Irv gassed Jay to make Supa-Ugly to
Get him out of his funk. He told him which beats to use and was there in the studio with him while he decided it.

Later on Irv felt like Jay was trying to play him because he was trying to get Hov and Ja on Tour together and Jay was being non-commital. Then Jay goes out on tour with some other acts and wouldn’t answer his phone calls. So Irv was like “fukk it” and reached out to Nas to try to get him on Murda Inc.

Steve Stoute said that Nas was VERY close to signing to Murda Inc but Irv was too wild and too loud and turned Nas off with his attitude.

On the subject of Fat Joe. Nas didn’t need Fat Joe to help him against Jay-Z. I’m sure his support HELPED but it wasn’t needed. Nas didn’t recruit none of these nikkas to diss Jay. He handled Jay HIMSELF. Nas took on Jay, the entire Roc, AND Dip Set dolo (with a little assistance from The Bravehearts) Fat Joe was in the Made You Look Video AFTER the fact. Irv was trying to recruit Nas to the Inc AFTER the fact. These people want to insert themselves into the narrative like they were there in the thick of it when most of their so called support happened AFTER the fact.

This whole “You owed me a phone call” shyt is bullshyt. NAS battled HOV. Not Nas & Terror Squad. Therefore if Nas wants to make peace with Jay, then that is 100% his decision. Nas got Ten Million Dollars from Def Jam because he was an artist whose eight previous albums had gone Platinum. Not because Fat Joe was with him in the studio writing lyrics. Nas has Mass Appeal, Queens Bridge Ventures, Sweet Chick, and 12AM Run because he invested wisely alongside Anthony Selah. Not because Fat Joe is his accountant.

Fat Joe need to sit down somewhere and be Humble

finally ja sent a text then prompted jay to respond with something like " i'm not doing the tour because i don't have the time. in the future, don't ever ask me my reasoning for not doing something ever again":russ:
I posted the source in a past thread.

paperless memorization style of song writing directly influenced Rule's own penchant for crafting hooks in his head. Nevertheless, Gotti and Ja took Jay's decision a couple of years ago to skip out on a full-length Ja/Jay/X LP as a slap in the face. Then, in April of this year, Hov pulled out of a Triple Threat Tour slated for June that would have included the Roc-AFella, Bad Boy and Murder Inc. families. Though Jay initially explained he hoped to record over the summer, he changed his mind and joined the Sprite Liquid Mix tour in August. For Ja and Gotti, the Sprite tour was the last straw.

Chilling with P. Diddy and discussing the missed opportunity, Ja two-wayed Jay to ask, "Why the backpack nlggas and not me, your nikka?" Ja found Hova's answer to be disturbing. "[Jay-Z] said, 'I'ma tell you this one time, 'cause I feel I fukked up, but don't ever ask me my personal business again,"' Ja recounts in amazement. "At first, I took offense to it, but then I thought about it, and he's right."

In the end, Ja and Gotti can only admire Jay-Z and Roc-A-Fella CEO Damon Dash's ruthless, Roc-first ethic. You know the saying, "If you can't beat'em, join 'em"? Well, Ja and Irv inverted it after that two-way conversation. Adopting an equally self-serving attitude that they hoped would catapult the Inc. to a place among Bad Boy and Death Row in the heights of hip-hop history, they brought forth a new piece to the center of the board: JayZ's rival, Nas." - Source

Just like Nas, Irv and Ja flipped on Jay because they realized his true nature. When Jay was on the come up and in need of help he had no problem working with Irv or asking Ja for his hit singles. But the moment Ja&Murder Inc became big enough to threaten his popularity, Jay became envious and dishonest. So in response, Irv n'em was like fukk it, lets adopt that same individualistic attitude and make a monumental move that will benefit us.

Fat One one is confused me cause didn't they have beef with Jay-Z before Jigga vs Nas shyt and also Jay-Z vs Big Pun.

Big Pun was the one pulled the gun out and point on Jay-Z's chest like "Wtf is you gonna do about it" that got Jay-Z shook as fukk
thought memphis bleak and roc affiliates got into with terror squad people, that's what cuban linx said,

Smh realistically jay z the type of person to eliminate all competition until he on another level and can control them. So naw fat joe at that time you prolly couldnt have.

Its like in Casino when them other mob dudes are tryna scheme and Joe Pesci is like "im with them" to let him know hes holding down Ace. Like naw b im with them gimme 5×4 feet. Weont need to do business bc our thang is working. Thanks tho.

And you cant be mad at that. All you can do is reflect and say what am i not doing to garnish a hit or w

It means to me they soft and shook of corporate hov. Why they even bring this up though? That shyt happened 17 years ago in December.

Didn't Fat Joe name his son after Nas? Big pun would have cracked a bottle over Joe's head if he heard this double talk traitorous stuff. Irv gotti is who he is.
