I find it hilarious when they say she isn't "conventionally attractive", then they ask who is and they post the cartoon character from Steller blade with E cup breasts. These aren't serious people guys. A fight would break out and if she flips wrong one her implants would bust, then they would say it's "Too realistic".
Large breasted women in serious roles need better representation.

THE ONLY THING WRONG BOUT THIS POST IS THAT THERE'S NOT ENOUGH WRASSLIN IN THIS THREAD DADDEH! NEIL DRUCKMAN TRYING TO WRASSLE THE TITLE OF "GREATEST GAME OF ALL TIME" FROM GRAND THEFT AUTO 6! BOTH GTA 6 and INTERGALATIC HAVE A BABYDOLL AS A LEAD CHARACTER IF YOU WILL!

Lol, I’ve seen people online say “we must prevent this game from being successful. Otherwise it would send a bad message to the gaming industry”

One nikka said something along the lines of “I don’t care if this game gets a 100 on metacritic. The game isn’t made for me”.

Another nikkas basically said he never played TLOU2 because it’s woke. And like clockwork he had a lot of negative comments about this game.

We haven’t even seen 5 minutes of the game. What we HAVE seen is ND’s track record. Their quality speaks for itself. They don’t release anything that isn’t high quality. If you’re not impressed by the trailer, I get it. If you don’t usually like their games, sure, fine. But are you really going to deny yourself of playing what’s sure to be a great game because the main character is a woman with a shaved head?

Ol girl is nice looking to. I bet she’s better looking with short hair than most them nikkas wives with long hair. I hope she doesn’t take what the weird/loud minority says to heart.

Let’s be honest, even if she had long hair and was conventionally pretty like on a red carpet they would still hate on it, just like they did with Forspoken.

  • female protagonist
  • black/mixed but black passing
  • druckmann directing
  • TLOU2
Naughty Dog aren’t new though, they know what to expect from that demo already. As long as the game reviews well and sells well it doesn’t matter. nikkas went just as hard trying to bury TLOU2 after the big leaks in 2020 and it still went on to be wildly successful, which is why they’re still mad lol

I hope it's not soulslike because I remember Druckmann saying he was inspired by Souls games

He clarified in other interviews (and the last of us part 2 doc) they were talking the enviornmental story telling and level design aspect. He said he didn’t want to rely so much on cutscenes to tell the story. I think Cory Barlog as shared the same sentiment for the game he’s working on

so action>cutscene>action>cutscene
