Plus i'm sure i'll have many lady-haters & fakkit-haters from what I can see already. It doesn't matter though, because that hatorade is what's gonna keep me going & still make me look better than all yall bytchezz. :obama:

When I was 125 (freshman year) I was cheerleading and regularly conditioning & I was eating much healthier than I was in that picture where i'm 128 (where I wasn't really eating at all).

SO, i'm trying to lose the weight the RIGHT way like I did freshman year. Plus, not eating causes people to gain the weight back just as fast as you lost it, but if you actually change your diet and moderately exercise then it should be kept off for life! :troll:

from the looks of the pictures, you're focusing on the wrong thing. you don't need a weight loss regimen, you need a tone and light strength training regimen. don't look like you have too much fat in the wrong places.

Papi, that's what the pole is for. I'm gonna use it to work on my core & build strength & do cardio at the same time. While doing that I'll also be losing weight. & eating healthier will also contribute to that.

You'll see what I mean on June 1st :lawd:

This is the locker room where folks troll,talk about relationships, news , tv shows etc.

Clearly this is a gym related post so you can see why folks might think this is a bait and switch thirst trap thread.

I'm not hating just stating facts.

You have a nice body and i cant understand wanting to tone up.

My thread has turn into exactly that . Everyone in my thread isnt flabby some folks came from being skinny and built muscle and other just want to tone like you.

don't focus too much on the weight part. it's possible you'll gain some muscle while losing fat. we all know muscle weight more than fat even though it takes up less space, so you could actually lose just a little weight or stay the same weight but still get the look you want.

my homegirl has a build kinda like yours and wanted to 'lose weight'. she was already fine (looks wise), but after focusing on core and legs she didn't lose much weight. she did get firmer all over though. her wardrobe still fits and the extra definition in her legs and mid-section is :ohlawd: status.


changing your diet is going to be the toughest part. good luck with that.

I've discussed my weight-loss mission with a few fellow coli members & I've decided to share it with the rest of the coli as I've become inspired by @ResidentLesbian 's Starting Point thread.

My goal is to lose 10 pounds and be my freshman year weight of 125 again.

I don't have a picture of me during freshman year right now but I do have a picture of me at 128 pounds when I first moved down south a year & a half ago.

I wasn't eating healthy at this time.. well I was barely eating at all because of depression & anxiety of moving somewhere new.. & other personal struggles.

I will be posting a full body pic of me now when I get home from work today.

Anyway.. I've gained 10 pounds since then :flabbynsick: (all in my boobs, thighs & booty :snoop:) & I'm giving myself until June 1st to lose it all :yes:

My plans are to eat a healthier diet & work out 4-5 days a week using this:

I'll be giving weekly updates!!

I approve of this type of attention whoring :obama:. Good luck.

Si papi I know. But so far so good. I've cut soda & juice out from my diet for almost 2 months now. All I drink is water with crystal light :blessed:

The hardest part will be letting go of the pasta. I've been trying to cut back though. & also I need to stop with the chinese & pizza cravings. I eat extremely unhealthy but some days are better than others. I usually treat myself on pay day though. I think i'll still treat myself but practice portion control at the same time :yes:
