I've discussed my weight-loss mission with a few fellow coli members & I've decided to share it with the rest of the coli as I've become inspired by @ResidentLesbian 's Starting Point thread.
My goal is to lose 10 pounds and be my freshman year weight of 125 again.
I don't have a picture of me during freshman year right now but I do have a picture of me at 128 pounds when I first moved down south a year & a half ago.
I wasn't eating healthy at this time.. well I was barely eating at all because of depression & anxiety of moving somewhere new.. & other personal struggles.
I will be posting a full body pic of me now when I get home from work today.
Anyway.. I've gained 10 pounds since then (all in my boobs, thighs & booty ) & I'm giving myself until June 1st to lose it all
My plans are to eat a healthier diet & work out 4-5 days a week using this:
