Si papi I know. But so far so good. I've cut soda & juice out from my diet for almost 2 months now. All I drink is water with crystal light
The hardest part will be letting go of the pasta. I've been trying to cut back though. & also I need to stop with the chinese & pizza cravings. I eat extremely unhealthy but some days are better than others. I usually treat myself on pay day though. I think i'll still treat myself but practice portion control at the same time
Just get some whole grain pasta like Kamut, Soba, or Quinoa.
Chinese food I can't tell you about that, try looking for a vegetarian based chinese spot around your area. They usually make traditional dishes using much higher quality, healthier alternatives. The MSG, refined table salt, and deleterious chemical additives in most chinese spots keeps me away from them. It's just something a nikka shouldn't be eating in the first place like that.
