It is not only the progressives. There are people outside of the CPC who will vote NO on the Bipartisan Bill in the House today.
And yes, the CPC has to do this because the minute BIF is signed by Biden, the entire Build Back Better Act is finished and his agenda is finished legislatively. It is a fact. Manchin said the quiet part out loud yesterday.
