:mjlol:

you got a lot of your boys in here you need to call out if you tryna call out people for “wanting something to fail”

Again perhaps it’s best to stick to what your best at, posting long strings of tweets Napoleon style
is that all you’re going to say? It’s like you’re a bot :snoop:

They've been hoping for this to fail since the beginning.

They've even changed the title say centrists are blocking the bill while actively demanding progressives in the house block it.

They're not honest brokers and they've been wrong on almost every major electoral take they've made over the past 5 years.

What the fukk are you talking about? I want both bills to pass because it’s for the good of the country and most progressives do. We are pissed centrist like Manchin and Sinema have openly have come out they will not vote for the $3.5 trillion bill. Saying only pass the $1.5 trillion bill and wait until 2022 to pass it. So if they want to go lay that game then progressives must stand firm and say no both bills must pass and some half ass measure. Biden and Bernie are on the same page wanting both bills to pass. It’s centrist who are sabotaging Biden’s agenda not progressives. Also Centrist were the ones who came out again lowering prescription drug cost meanwhile they campaigned for it a year ago. I see you and your homeboy never have smoke for these centrist clowns for that drug cost shyt. Its always shytting on AOC or Bernie. If Democrats don’t pass agendas that help their party win future elections then what is the fukking point in voting for them in the future? If you pass ad hoc half ass bills that don’t provide relief for most people it’s not a winning solution. The $3.5 trillion bill does that and more. Biden and Bernie both know this. It’s just blue dog Democrats sabotaging the party like they did to Clinton and Obama.

Maybe Manchin does become Lieberman, but you make him be that and carry that legacy moving forward. You don't let him off the hook and kiss his ass.

1/1/2020? Man, you called that perfectly. :wow:

EDIT: My bad.

There is no negotiation taking place before a private insurance ban is taken off the table because Manchin holds all the cards. He's the key vote on this, not Bernie. He's the Lieberman to Bernie's Obama.

You're all the one who called that perfectly.

Exactly.

These centrist Dems are actively sabotaging and jockeying for the pharma industry.

Pressure and Wire28 aren't for whatever reason willing to see this. To them, everything is the progressive caucus' fault. They're the ones who are on the same page with Biden and the leadership. Most of the New Dems i.e. the larger centrist group of Dems in the House are also on board. You have these 10 motherfukkers in the House being bytch asses right now.

In the Senate, Brian Schatz, Bernie, Durbin, and a few others openly said 40 Dems wanted to invest $6 trillion over 10 years. And the $3.5T deal was a compromise for the budget framework.

They never shid on people like this Peters guy or Schrader in Oregon or Manchin and Siinema's clown asses.

They've been hoping for this to fail since the beginning.

They've even changed the title say centrists are blocking the bill while actively demanding progressives in the house block it.

They're not honest brokers and they've been wrong on almost every major electoral take they've made over the past 5 years.

I want everything to pass.

But what do you do if you're Jayapal and the progressives who want every program to stay in the package? Why are the centrists fukking it all up? There's no other leverage than their votes for the bipartisan bill.

This gang of 10 in the House and the 2 in the Senate (plus the cowards who they speak for) arent even talking about specific programs to cut. It's all "oh big number bad, I can't vote". Where's the logic in this?

Sinema told Biden to his face she was going to the tank the whole thing!

Why is there no smoke for these people?

Dems have talked about drug price reform for 15 years. Since the 6 for 2006! Do you remember that?

And the major electoral take for next year i.e. the Dems losing the House is not controversial. It is an inevitability. Clyburn is talking about losing the majority for 40 years.

Get your shid together now so you can say you made the biggest social welfare and infrastructure investment in over 5 decades.

He doesn’t know what he is talking about. Politics is like Drake vs Kanye to him. He isn’t a serious person.

Honest conversation went out the window with these guys 5-6 years ago.

Him saying I want something to fail considering his (and his buddies) history in this subforum, especially over the past year, makes the irony all the more hilarious.

Nobody has hopes for any of this to fail. You’re just stuck in a mindset where you believe all Democrats are fundamentally good and that progressives are troublesome nuisances. You’re acting like Rahm Emmanuel. I told you this nikka Manchin and co would be a headache at the top of the year. Biden has surprisingly been more progressive than expected which is why the left is backing him on these billls and falling in line. The left is in formation, it’s these conservative Dems that are breaking rank. I’m starting to wonder if it’s attention you and @wire28 want. Even centrists aren’t blaming progressives for this shyt. You guys are officially aligning with the conservative Democrats. That’s where your progressive hate has gotten you “Warren” supporters.

Did you just conveniently forget that Democratic leadership were the ones pushing a two-track bill. This is from late June, it hasn't been long. Progressives weren't the only ones that said it's both bills or no bills...

Biden stands by 'two-track' bill process, despite Republican dismay

U.S. President Joe Biden spoke with Democratic Senator Krysten Sinema on the bipartisan infrastructure agreement, the White House said Friday, and reiterated his support for a "two-track" legislation process that includes a second reconciliation bill.

"The President reiterated strong support for both the Bipartisan Infrastructure bill and a reconciliation bill containing the American Families Plan moving forward on a two-track system, as he said yesterday when meeting the press with the bipartisan group of ten Senators," the White House said in a statement.

After House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi said early on Thursday her chamber would not vote on the first infrastructure package unless the second reconciliation bill passed the Senate, Biden publicly seconded the idea.

"I expect that in the coming months this summer, before the fiscal year is over, that we will have voted on this bill, the infrastructure bill, as well as voted on the budget resolution," Biden told reporters on Thursday. "But if only one comes to me, I'm not signing it. It's in tandem."
