This is the biggest mystery to me on how the WH handles Manchin. All significant legislative negotiation he's apart of, he manages to leverage the media to push his side, while lying or playing coy with his peers behind closed doors.

I wish they would start releasing his closed door talking points and positions every time he tries to set the tone of the negotiation when a mic is in his face.

He talks out of both sides of his mouth and has a free pass to do such.
