Looks like Pelosi isn't letting them leave for Thanksgiving till the House passes BBB. If score drops on Friday, it seems like they voting on Saturday.

Then it goes to the Senate. How long Manchin has to have his way with it is anyone's guess. But whatever the Senate passes will need to pass the House again and then Biden will sign it.

She will def. not hold that line if it gets to that point, she has folded every position I've seen her take
going back to the public option debate 11+ years ago.

There was never a scenario where the BIF didn't pass. Either it got enough Republican votes, or progressives caved, or BBB passed the Senate. They got two of those.

In fact, popular belief was that all house Republicans were going to vote against BIF giving them that leverage.

Uh, yeah. That's also what Biden, Pelosi and Schumer all pretended they wanted until they completely abandoned it and went back to shaming progressives for being the only ones fighting for Biden's own agenda.

The Squad only voted no because there were already more than enough votes to pass BIF without them. Pressley waited until she was almost dead last to finally vote no, long after they already had the 218 necessary to pass BIF.

If BBB had passed in the Senate, which was the original deal before the 'progressives' caved like they always do, it wouldn't have mattered if any Republicans voted for BIF. There is no question that it would have passed the House with or without them.
