Why does PWG have to stay on the west coast? I'd love a show here in Philly


I went to a bunch of ROH shows between 08-10 but they killed the market dead here with the TV tapings. The ECW arena doesn't host wrestling anymore so they're stuck in Northeast Philly when ROH does come through. I'd like to start watching indie shows again so it looks like I'll be following PWG. Live events beat DVD rips though.

I would also try PWS they seem to be on the come up. I used to do ring crew when I was training with the guy who books and is the champ. Earlier this month they had Muta vs Sami Callihan. The run Rahway NJ a lot but I'm sure touring is in the works.

I wish PWG would do iPPV but then they wouldn't be able to use ROH guys. I don't understand why ROH has those kind of deals with their guys.

Yeah but there is a difference between not letting them appear on TNA & not letting them appear on other Indy shows. Plus it ain't like guys are gonna leave ROH paydays for PWG paydays, unlike TNA who could offer more. What is even weirder is that Generico, who I assume is still with ROH is working Evolve iPPVs.

He still works the occasional show for ROH, but he's not under contract. That's why he's not on TV and hasn't been used consistently in months.

I don't remember seeing him for a while in ROH but he was selling injuries from Steen as best I recall. I assumed he would eventually come back to try & win the belt from Steen

Adam Cole and Eddie Edwards def. Brutal Bob and Mike Bennett with Cole's crossbody attack of doom. After the match, Maria slapped Cole, and SARA DEL REY returned to even the sides.

Steen def. Mondo to retain the World Title. Jacobs attacks Mondo, and EDDIE KINGSTON saved Mondo. He wants a peice of Steen.

Adam Cole def Roddy Strong to win the TV title. Amazing match. They were dropping big moves on each other at the end.

Hmm, interesting. They're wasting no time with someone's push for once in a LONG while. Time will tell if it works or not.

but the fans might buy PWG iPPVs if the talent is the same just used better than ROH. TNA also pulled their talent from PWG some years ago as well, and they only do DVDs. If PWG didnt have those restrictions we could legit see ROH vs TNA on iPPV and Super Dragon and Excalibur would make all the money not Dixie or SBG.
