as said its true that developing skills and money should come before politics, the focus that black people have on politics is mostly because we got caught up in the civil rights movement and so we are accustomed to seeing politics as the key

that being said, it is important that we have a black president just for the sake of having a black president just for its cultural impact

They are the wealthiest immigrant group, I believe, and Hindus specifically are the highest earners of any religious group per capita, so this isn't too surprising. I'm sure Dems and Repubs are fighting over them, too, for that reason.
