Source?

I want to see the numbers, not implying that you are lying.

Here's a recent source from last election:

http://www.voanews.com/content/exit...cans-backed-obama-by-wide-margin/1540974.html

According to what I know, the Asian American liberal swing has been relatively recent, but seems to be getting stronger. A greater percentage of Asians voted Democrat in 2012 than in 2008.

Wiki also has a bunch of sources: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asian_Americans_in_government_and_politics#Voting_trends

According to their polls, which were conducted in Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese

I was talking about the Indian-American vote. I thought they were mainly conservative or moderate in political spectrum but I'm sure the youth is more liberal.

Every Indian(from india, not american born) I have met has been very respectful and chill. They respect intelligence and character more than other :mjpls: qualities. I only see this is a good thing.

The few I know personally are very conservative, and I haven't even heard of asians voting or discussing politics like that tbh :yeshrug:
But I'll take your word for it :ehh:

Obama won every race except whites in 2012. Asians were solidly liberal, which is key given their demographic growth. And obviously Hispanics are liberal on most issues.

This could be an Obama effect: he's seen as a multicultural candidate, one we won't see again anytime soon. Maybe there will be more parity amongst minority votes in 2016 when both parties nominate a white candidate. But in terms of trends, Asians and Hispanics have been moving towards democrats for some time.

The idea of an asian president is insane.:bryan:
As much as we harp on the black struggle, we are light years ahead of other demographics politically.

Well these other ethnic groups did the right thing, they went for wealth first and politics second. Watch them become major contributors to local, state, and federal elections in the coming years.

:leon: Possibly... but I dont think so. Just close your eyes and imagine a Chinese, Viet, or Iraqi man running for president. :mjlol: These cacs would show you a whole new level of racism niqqas have never known.

Actually, I believe we'll see an east Asian president before any other minority (excl black). They are already more accepted in societies all over the country and their emphasis on education and white collar work is celebrated by white people all the time, so I can see it :yeshrug:

I don't know. Those ultra-Repub whites in Louisiana, famous for their anti-Black racism, voted for Jindal and they love him. A Black man would not have had that kind of success in the same context, imo. Asians are often seen as a model minority- especially these Indians who convert to Christianity and change their names to get in with mainstream whites. Nikki Haley, another Indian, is the gov. of South Carolina, another state full of anti-Black whites. Jindal was pushed as an anti-Obama back in 2009 before he fukked up that State of the Union response and got exposed for lying about some Katrina rescue stories. Haley was voted a top contender for 2016 by the RNC. They let Cain, West, and these other tapdancers do their soft-shoe, and even get 15 minutes as potential nominees, but they would never push them as actual frontrunners that way. For such a small segment of the population, Indians are doing it big politically. You could probably say the same for the Chinese. Not sure about the other Asians. Maybe Filipinos, too.
