Indianapolis Getting the Rumble, Summer Slam, and Mania

I'm guessing cities like Cleveland and Indy are willing to pay more because they ain't got a lot going on in their cities which...cool. Let them have their spotlight a little bit. It ain't like WWE gotta worry about where all the hoes wanna vacation..

-Cost of tickets?
-Location?
-Interest in the product?
-Time of the year for Mania, or the Rumble or SummerSlam?
