Realistically, Chinese people come in all shapes/sizes
Especially now with modern diets it’s been proven to affect how people’s bodies develop. When they were mainly farmers their food was dramatically different than it is today.
1.4 billion people live there and it’s a country that have honestly had some great warriors for centuries. At the end of the day, the typical Westerner still doesn’t know much about the typical Chinese person.
As you can see, in terms of fast twitch, China isn't all too far behind on average, much higher than even Greks, Italians, USA Whites, etc.
