I definitely feel like this issue is one reason why kids in the hood are so sexualized at earlier ages. In addition to, or as a result of such things become normalized. Sex is "cute", having a girlfriend/boyfriend is "cute". People encourage kids to kiss each other, which leads to other things. The boundary between child and adult get fainter and fainter.

That incest ain't nothing to play with. I know someone who was born out of incest. He's mentally fukked. All the help we've tried to give him to help him with seemingly basic issues hasn't worked.
