yeah i woulda had officials stopped the match cause the fiend starts viciously attacking the referee instead of pinning seth

then when seth tries to help another ref from getting bodied thats when he ends up with the hand down his throat and the fake blood

damn that was bad who was the booker and agent of this match man it was as bad as it could be ... if you don't have a world title change, then you should have Undertaker come out and interfere for Super Showdown match ...the fans wouldn't have shytted on undertaker vs the fiend

All they had to do for this match was to have Fiend open up the chest of whoop-ass AS SOON AS HIS MUSIC ENDED before the bell rang to start the match. Seth would have had to bleed to drive this home but then he could do the weapons/stomp spamming because now he's fighting for his life and trying to be courageous (as the belt never became officially at stake). You get to the sledgehammer spot (without the other shyt on Fiend's head) only for Fiend -- who would have no-sold most everything Seth threw at him because Seth didn't get offense in until he was already weakened, so it lacks oomph -- to stop it with the Mandible Claw. You close the show exactly as it did.

Seth is left in a bloody heap, but he's still champion as he was ambushed before the match started and forced to valiantly defend his well-being from an indestructible monster he wasn't prepared for while inside an inescapable structure.

Fiend gets his point across. Title didn't change hands. HIAC still maintains its mystique as the devil's playground.

If you're going to end a HIAC match in a DQ -- a no contest makes sense if both sides go through some shyt and can't continue -- then just don't do the match.
