I hook it up...turn on the teapot
Get my oatmeal in the bowl red' to go...I treat oatmeal like grits..make em sweet or savory
put my scoop....or two...(3 scoops max of that country crock
)
Little bit of brown sugar..but sometimes some honey too
maybe bananas once in awhile,dried cranberries,nuts or raisins
pour that hot water into the bowl
and then I just say fukk it and throw my eggs right into the oatmeal.
I realize now that fiber>>>
Them pasty,dry turds that cling to your butt and makes it hard to wipe =
Having stomach problems in and out the CHOP with constipation I value fiber and oatmeal especially. Also when you throw in the eggs or some salsa it creates more flavor.
