We have the third worst record in the NBA...and with the new lottery rules, you don’t have to have the worst record to get the #1 pick. I’d take our chances there over this strange obsession you and others in here have on making the playoffs despite our record, our lack of defense and inconsistent team

You saw the standings? We are like within 2-3 games in the win column of being the 9th seed in the east bruh. Right now the Hawks are trending up while teams in front of them are trending down. The Hawks are way more likely to be picking in the middle of the lottery than the top.
I'm rooting for the Hawks to continue winning and gaining confidence.

Have you seen the standings? We’re a game up on Cleveland for the worst record in the East with the third worst record in the NBA. The Hawks, despite their recent record at home, have been consistently inconsistent throughout the season. Expecting the Hawks to perform like a team that can/will challenge for a playoff spot is ridiculous based on what we’ve seen this season. So I’m happy watching the young guys develop and consistently play hard. But hey if you and other folks want to get excited about an unlikely playoff run that’s cool...some of y’all had this as a 40-50 win team to start the season so even though I strongly disagree I understand
