The timing of MTV's list is completely arbitrary and is what decides who lands where just as much or more than anything...seemed to me they decided to do it immediately in the wake of Rich Forever just to put Ross at #1 (i'd put money on them originally planning to do it after the first GFID release date but held off once it got pushed back), but other than that I can't argue with him being #1
