We did Accra in November the year before they started doing “The Year of the Return“. It was love but I want to go back for New Year. My homie is a part of PVO that throws the AfroChella (Now AfroFuture) events in Accra.

I actually want to do Lagos rather than CapeTown but the wife likes Cape Town better for a family trip. I’ve actually been to the continent 3 times. First time was Ivory Coast. Great energy there too but I don’t speak French so I wouldn’t advise it unless you know someone there. Beautiful place and beautiful people as well.

Capetown for a family trip is perfect. Lagos is too hustle and bustle and hectic for a family trip Comparable to New York in terms of the fast pace and crowded people everywhere. Seen a few celebrities posting about being in Lagos the past few weeks saying the vibe of the city and the energy is crazy talking about buying a house there
