Did you even take time to read and comprehend what I said.
Let me see of this is easier for you to understand. @cocoette mentioned there being a comparable percentage of Arab/African mixture as there is White/African mixture from the slave trade. I took this to mean the 17th century + as would most people, because when most people talk about slavery they are talking about the race based kind.
Perhaps @cocoette is wrong and there is a smaller percentage of Arab/African mixture compared to White/African mixture if you wanted to correct her you should have informed her that Arabs only enslaved Africans of the Swahili coast of Africa so the numbers/mixture would have been smaller compared to that of the Atlantic slave trade which covered thousands of Africans across an large region and 2 centuries, instead of going on about Medieval slavery and how African and Arab men had Slavic women as slaves and their numbers were higher. She is wrong in believing that Africans never had access to European slaves as she may be unknowledgeable of there being African kingdoms, but like many I assumed she was talking about post 17th century when Africans had no access to European slaves.
Of course the Arab slave trade was not as enterprising as the Atlantic Slave trade but there is no need to downplay it.

Haven't read through the whole thread, but after reading the article I can't help but wonder how prevalent this animosity is or isn't? I say that because reading articles about Blacks and Mexicans in SoCal, you'd think there was a race war going on, but after talking with people from LA, I find that the media is exaggerating tensions between Blacks and Mexicans. Of course there are situations, like the beefs between different gangs, and then the few gangs that go a step further on some NK sh!t. However for the most part things are cool between both sides.

When I listen to West Coast Hip Hip I kept hearing rappers like Black Hippy and others giving shout outs to the "ese's" and I'm like aren't they racist? But yeah I talked to some people from LA(black and Mexican) and they said its been exaggerated. I think its just gang stuff because I heard most Mexican gangs are connected to Mexican Mafia who have beef with black gangs.

They look good I don't really date them.. they're cool as fukk tho...really chill. A lot of the ones who leave Morocco they dont always come from the best families...so the family might not be as progressive as the ones in the country... they go other places looking for a better life... but they are still way more progressive than pretty much any other muslim country you can name.
