IMO living with your parents is totally underrated. Being a "responsible adult" is a fukking scam

I dont see a problem with it.... i do think it is good to have atleast went out and tried to have ur own place and had that experience... because just like if leaving ur parents house too early can bring u debt and bad experiences.... never leaving can bring negative aspects to ur personality as an adult...
go out on ur own, see if thats what u want... but come back to ur parents house, take care of ur self and look out for them too.... no shame in that

There's nothing wrong with it, but it shouldn't be a goal. nikkas fall on hard times and move back home, no big deal. But it's a fallback, not a permanent solution. Like, it's one thing to move back home b/c you lost your job, but moving back home to save money is kinda backwards to me. It makes sense, yes, but...I don't know, it's just not the same thing to me.

I wasn't talking about you, dumb ass. I was talking in general. But my bedroom is one of THREE rooms in the home I rent, just for the record, and all of them are fresh and clean. Hell, one of them is just to practice my instruments. Pay a light bill before you address me again, squirt.

Try having a clean apartment and we'll take you seriously.

Ouch :mjlol:

I lived with my Mom up until 23 and decided I had enough. I moved back to NOLA, where tho I had family I still was on the verge of homelessness. Worked my ass off to get an apartment within six months and got two jobs to supplement myself.

You went to NYC, couldn't make it, BUT didn't try. My nikka you have no room. People said I'll be back within three months of my move and I'm still HERE three years later.

Only reason I'm moving is due to crime and lack of opportunities.

The CDL you want nikka I HAVE.

That apartment you act like you too good for I HAVE.

Employment I HAVE.

You got a car and your parents crib.
Talking all that shyt but my mother always had a house UNTIL KATRINA.
She's just in a HCOL place now.

Speaking on shyt you don't know sit ya ass down somewhere you fukkin BRAT.

You sound bitter for no reason.

No one cares about your sob story.

alotta teachers been in the news for being perverts...how is your romantic life going? you ok?not feeling lonely are you?

Not at all. Been with the same breh I've been with since I got to the Coli. He's about to become an assistant principal and I have a shot at being a librarian next school year, which is my ultimate goal.

And on that note, (n)ignored.

Moving out at 18 is strictly an American thing.

Gets you jumping into the hamster wheel quicker. Turning the wheels of capitalism for these rich heathens. Take on more debt, buy more things. It's the American way. Break down the family unit, and disenfranchise people.

All my first-generation friends still live with their parents at 23-25. It's generally considered faux pas to move out before you are married. I understand why they do it now. They save more and do more together. Less bills, less consumption. It's a great lifestyle.

I'm moving out at 23. I just now feel ready to be independent.
