99% of us gonna be like:

Grandkids burst into the room. "Wow! America elected Kamala Harris in 2024. Did you vote for her?"

Us: Hell Yeah

Grandkids: What happened?

Us: Well... these bich ass racist cacs starting acting up in 2020, talking about overthrowing democracy, giving police immunity from prosecution, stopping all minority benefiting programs, and banning abortion. So we hit em with the :camby:and shoved a triple minority down their throats. fukk cacs. If you bring home a white boy im disowning you btw.

Meanwhile the 1% of TLR on the BothSides / Trump Gang gonna be like:

Grandkids burst into the room. "Wow! America elected Kamala Harris in 2024. Did you vote for her?"

BothSides Gang: Yeah... "we" did.
Grandkids: You mean "we" as in you were also in the voting booths and not "we" as in America while excluding yourself specifically, right granddad?
BothSides Gang: Mumbles incoherently
Grandkids: What you say granddad?
BothSides Gang: I aint... she ain't pass the 23 and me... she wasn't really black like that... chick was Jamaican-Indian...
Grandkids: Wasnt the other guy a white supremacist?

RIP at least she got to see her running wish she was still her.
My daughter turned 16 yesterday and was supposed to go down there to meet my grandma for the first time with my mom's. Unfortunately Grandma had a heart attack about 2 weeks ago and been in the hospital since then.

My daughter still went down there and eventhough my grandma couldn't respond, her eyes were open and I'm sure she could hear her when she got there.

I'm glad she got to see my kid before she passed. Wish I could have went.

I'm counting down the days on my pops too unfortunately, so that's next.

Grandkids: "Wow! America elected Kamala Harris in 2024! Did you vote for her, Grandpa :krs:?"

Us: "Of course!"

Grandkids: "What happened? Why did people want her to win?"

Us: *Leans back, grinning* "Well, back in 2020, a bunch of folks started acting out. They were talking about things like throwing out democracy, letting bad cops get away with stuff, cutting programs that helped people who weren’t rich or powerful, and even banning things like people’s rights to make decisions about their own lives."

Grandkids: "Whoa… so what did everyone do?"

Us: "We knew we had to fight back! So we turned out in big numbers, voting like never before. And guess what? We didn’t just elect any old candidate. We elected Kamala Harris—a strong, smart woman who represents all kinds of different people. We let everyone know, if they were messing with us, they were gonna meet some serious payback!"

Grandkids: "Wait… does this mean no white boyfriends allowed, Grandpa?"

Us: *Laughing* "You can bring home whoever you want, but just know if he white that front door gonna stay locked !"

*Meanwhile, in another room…*

Grandkids: *Stumbling upon “BothSides” Grandpa* "Did you vote for Kamala too, Grandpa?"

BothSides Grandpa: *Coughs* "Uh… yeah. Yeah… 'we' did."

Grandkids: "Wait, you mean 'we' as in, like, actually you, not just everyone else?"

BothSides Grandpa: *Mumbling* "Well, she wasn’t exactly my first choice... you know, with the… Jamaican-Indian thing."

Grandkids: "So, was the other guy like a really bad choice then?"

BothSides Grandpa: *Under his breath* "You kids are too smart for me…" *Grumbles as he walks away*
