If people are supposedly handed a perfect recipe, but no one can get it right, eventually you have to question the recipe and it's author/source.
The recipe isn’t the problem, individual interpretation is. Even if it says “use 1 cup”, one person may use a measuring cup and another may use a coffee cup.

OP makes a point in a sense, though I fear that ship has long sailed.

IMO the central problem with the Black Community is that we lack a true nation (i been o'd using this term this whole year :mjlol:).

When you look at the Nigerians, Jews, Red Dots, Muslims, and Koreans, what they have in common is the shared identity, religious practices, culture, and language that governs our day to day behaviors, goals and aspirations, and interactions with one another.

THis is what the NATION of Islam tried to correct. It gave Black a new identity, beliefs, religion, culture, and traditions to abide by. A Nation that was independent of cac influence and a nation whose sole purpose was to unshackle the minds of Black Folks from White Supremacy.

Of course we all know what happened (in fighting, corruption, black folks wanting to be more liberal and not live the rigidity of the NOI). But even now Orthodox?/Arab Islam is so prevalent that something like the NOI could never rise back to prominence. Theyd spend half their time being called "fake Muslims/Extremists" and fighting accusations.

And converting to Regular Islam just seems like trading in one enemy for another (cacs for Arabs). After all the racism of the West has seeped into the Arab world and Arabs run Islam, no way around that. :yeshrug:

Even *if* Arabs arent racist, its still their religion. We'd be second fiddle to them ultimately.

Agreed. All other people, including blacks, are extremely racist against Black people so I have no interest in submitting to a non-Black religion.

I fixed it for the African reality.
Arabs are vile racists.
But this is the religion of Allah not the whims of Arabs. If it was the latter we would have been the last people theyd tell about this.

oh, but you see, all those racist anti-Black Islamic countries aren't following true Islam.

No true Scotsman - Wikipedia
Im not worried about those countries. Im not inviting people to Saudi or Indonesia culture

Im inviting to the worship of Allah and the example of Muhammad as meticulously preserved by Muslims of all shades and colors since the first revelation.
Everything else is a red herring

are there not plenty of Black people who accomplished great feats without Islam, or are you claiming that any Black person who has done something great was Islamic?

You really think Black people cannot accomplish anything and are doomed without submitting to Islam, or was that just hyperbole?

There are great people who have achieved great worldly things without islam
In terms of Africa alone, Dr. Kwame and Patrice Lumumba come to mind.

In reality, however, islam is the only system in the world whose core tenet does not disparage the black man.

Capitalism ...i dont 3even have to get into that.
Ashkenazi jewism says that we re gentiles and cursed by noah through ham.
Christians tell us that God is white.
Marx was a racist whose historical materialism only applies to Europe and that we are hopeless backwards savages

Islam tells you that youre one human race with a single transcendent creator. So serve that creator and dont let anyone or any other system tell you that theyre better than you....because theyre not.
Worship your creator and fight falsehood wherever it may be. Unfortunately for us black folk westen society is founded on holistic multidimensional and unfiltered falsehood at every avenur

I would hope an all knowing, all powerful being would be capable of convincing his creation of his existence in a way that's clear, and unambiguous. That's if he truly cared about getting through to them.

Is that really true? Do traditional Black African spiritual systems disparage black people? If so, how?
