some places Barbacoa is brisket chopped (Texas). Some places barbacoa is bbq head , but some places also call it cabeza for clarity

ahh.. up here birria is goat. and i see cabeza all the time but didn’t realize it was hogs head even though thinking about it now, cabeza is ‘head’ in spanish.

my grandpa just cut up two hogs yesterday

got em in the chest full of ice, bleeding off

gone take em with deer to the processor for sausage

My stepdad knows someone personally who hunts deer and dude supplied him with ample amounts of deer meat last year that he froze and takes out for any of us to eat during certain events such as Thanksgiving or Christmas. Venison steaks be :banderas: if they’re not cooked too long…I’d rather not eat wild game that’s cooked below medium well but I do need the tenderness (pause).
