He doesn't kill him when your playing as Arthur he just lets you die, but in the epilogue when you play as John he kills Micah. technically him and JohnWait a minute...dutch didn't kill micah...
How so? Dutch was always trying to fukk over John, especially towards the endHe still let you die before all that though. Arthur was right John really was Dutch's favorite

Well, the game is about redemption, and Sadie and John were pretty much fukked before Dutch saved them, so
