Just be aware of the system and where your food is coming from period. Do what's right for your body. Not everyone is meant to be vegan; meant to be an omnivore. Junk food is junk food no matter what. and vice versa
If you have tried vegetarian/vegan, it's important to remember that you should go at your own pace. You don't have to change overnight and if you are hungry, eat! lol. The issues are much bigger than most individuals, so the best attitude to have is awareness and determination to stop being part of the problems.
Lastly, yeah, white people done made it a trend/popularized "veganism" for sure. Popularized it in the same way that they "columbus" everything else. Race aside, if people acted more like militant vegans, for better or worse, they would get shyt done a lot faster.
