martha would be embarrassed to see these guys posts. in no world can you be taken seriously if you hate the marvel villains but think mark zuckerberg was a good lex luthor
My thing its this......
I get why the one who is the so called great villain in the so called best comic book movie is loved by the masses. But its kinda funny when you really look at what he did vs what some of the other villains did...... and put it on a fair scale...... shyt starts to look funny in the light.
Like the villain in Thor 2.... lets look at what he did:
- sent his strongest goon to infiltrate the hero's home
- goon ended up causing a jail break that lead to all the prisoners getting released and attacking the city
Ok so he's showing leadership, intelligence and tactical brilliance. Knows how to put a plan together and execute
-he arrives on the hero's base/home with this full army and destroys the city slaughtering hundreds of soldiers and civilians
-he personally enters the quarters of the heros into the queens room and viciously painfully kills her with his own hands (kings wife and hero's mother, a very important character to hero)
-he snatches heros girlfriend
-he left the kingdom in turmoil and even had the King like
Oh he's showing extreme viciousness and "I dont give a fukk" level of disrespect
-when hero tries to outsmart villain and save girlfriend and swiftly defeat him, he still ends up succeeding in his main mission and goes about his way to his next phase effectively giving the hero another L
-in final fight he actually man's up and goes one on one toe to toe with hero and gives him and hard fight before ultimately losing like how he's supposed to.

Versed the standard set by the so called best villain

-This guy has goons and sets up all these elaborate plans
-Most of his goons do all the work
-He threatens a bunch of fodder nobodies
-He gets caught and beat up but all of a sudden he out batman's batman
-His goons do more stuff (kidnap folks, set up all the elaborate traps)
-His final showdown with hero gets bodied fairly quick.... like it really wasnt a match
-Now he did show leadership and tactical brilliance and he did show viciousness but he kinda did less shyt.
The one big difference is one guy talk alot and a lot and a lot.... like he just had a lot of dialog, cute catchphrases or one liners (dem jokes.... dat humor
), and just never really shut the fukk up.
While the other guy wasnt really about that talk... he was just about that action and put in that work.
I guess in the end.... if Marvel would probably let the villains "talk" more they probably would be held higher..... I mean people LOVE Loki and he sure did a lot of talking himself. Like no one really sees him as weak
So if Thanos has some cool lines.... he will be fine
