This trial aint going the way Fani Willis thought it would go. I thought in the beginning Thug was fukked up. Fani would rather get them to plea out and get these guilty pleas under her belt now while its election time than to have Thug possibly beat the charges ( it only takes 1 juror). I think everybody but Yak is gonna plea. Yak is the only 1 that said he aint taking a plea.

Thug had a deal to come home now but he would serve 15 years probation. They couldn't agree on release conditions so he didn't accept it.

The State now wants him to serve 25 years in prison (20 years probation). This is a recommendation.

Thug's defense will give their recommendation.

Then the Judge will decide.

Well, I kKNOW that judge doesn't really fukk with the state because of their incompetency so lets see what she decides to be fair. I think the prosecution knows their recommendation is getting tossed too.
